These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all use of the kkff platform, accessible at kkff.lat and any associated mobile-optimised URLs (collectively the "Platform"). kkff is an internationally operated online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

By completing the kkff registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the kkff Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kkff does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one kkff account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkff reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses credited to those accounts, and retain any winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. kkff will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkff login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time password (OTP) with any third party. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). kkff applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players may be required to submit documentary proof of identity (National Identity Card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal can be processed. kkff reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkff does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions processed via the above methods.

4.3 Deposit Processing. 4.4 Withdrawal Requests. 4.6 Funds Belonging to the Player. kkff only accepts deposits from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion with other players to farm promotional rewards.

5.4 Promotional Changes. kkff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to an ongoing promotion via the Platform's notifications system or by email to the address registered on the account.

6.1 Game Providers. All casino games available on the kkff Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems of the respective provider. kkff does not modify or interfere with any game's RNG or outcome determination mechanism.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and reflect theoretical long-run return rates. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkff Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

8.1 kkff's Right to Suspend. kkff reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kkff has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or fair play standards. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, kkff may freeze the account balance pending investigation.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their kkff account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kkff will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Financial Losses. 12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkff's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, kkff will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address on file. The effective date of any amended Terms will be stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kkff Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkff is incorporated and operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kkff's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
